Glasgow Basically all foot ball players need a goalpost to throw at and get a point right? well we have goals in life and in order to achieve them, when need to turn them into long term goals. Long term goals are goals that we want to achieve in the far future such as become a teacher, buy a new car, etc, while short term goals are goals that you set yourself for the day such as completing homework, or cleaning your room. I think setting big goals for yourself for the far future is a good thing because it'll help you stay concentrated in each goal.

Current Health Related Issue  Depression & Anxiety  A current issue that is affecting a lot of people right now is depression and anxiety. Having depression is having  feelings of severe despondency and dejection. While having anxiety, is having  a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Both are very similar though. W hile   depression   is often considered a low energy state and anxiety is considered a high energy state, anxiety and depression are more related than people think. Inside, a depressed person often experiences a lot of anxiety – even leading to panic attacks.  Of course, having  panic attacks  can itself be a depressing thing. Any lack of control within our lives can contribute to depression. According to Www. Slate.com , women are more prone to anxiety because they 'worry' much more than men, whilst men hide their emotions with drugs and alcohol.

"I wasn't trying to leave a legacy, i was trying to do what was right" Dean Smith. What does this mean?  This quote means that Dean Smith didn't care about money, fame, attention, etc. All he cared about was doing what's right for himself and everyone around him. He didn't want to do what was wrong by doing all the wrong things such as cheating. It's right to be a CTR person and do what's right than to be a bad person who always does what's wrong. If your'e on the CTR path, good things will happen. He was loyal to his North Carolina team, to his team.
