Basically all foot ball players need a goalpost to throw at and get a point right? well we have goals in life and in order to achieve them, when need to turn them into long term goals. Long term goals are goals that we want to achieve in the far future such as become a teacher, buy a new car, etc, while short term goals are goals that you set yourself for the day such as completing homework, or cleaning your room. I think setting big goals for yourself for the far future is a good thing because it'll help you stay concentrated in each goal.
