Current Health Related Issue  Depression & Anxiety  A current issue that is affecting a lot of people right now is depression and anxiety. Having depression is having  feelings of severe despondency and dejection. While having anxiety, is having  a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Both are very similar though. W hile   depression   is often considered a low energy state and anxiety is considered a high energy state, anxiety and depression are more related than people think. Originally established in 1885 in recognition of President George Washington, it is still officially called “Washington’s Birthday” by the federal government.
