Having depression is having  feelings of severe despondency and dejection. While having anxiety, is having  a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. This is one quote I like to live by because we live in a society where everyone is trying to be someone else. For example most of us are influenced by the hottest celebrities. Girls are expected to have perfect bodies, nice makeup, while guys are anticipated on having money, having designer clothes. It's fine if you want, but you don't have to completely change yourself in order to look or be better than another person. Be yourself, at the end of the day, we all have the same heart and lungs inside of us.
