Current Health Related Issue  Depression & Anxiety  A current issue that is affecting a lot of people right now is depression and anxiety. Having depression is having  feelings of severe despondency and dejection. While having anxiety, is having  a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Both are very similar though. W hile   depression   is often considered a low energy state and anxiety is considered a high energy state, anxiety and depression are more related than people think. Inside, a depressed person often experiences a lot of anxiety – even leading to panic attacks.  Of course, having  panic attacks  can itself be a depressing thing. Any lack of control within our lives can contribute to depression. According to Www. Girls are expected to have perfect bodies, nice makeup, while guys are anticipated on having money, having designer clothes. It's fine if you want, but you don't have to completely change yourself in order to look or be better than another person.
