Salary: According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) current Occupational Outlook Handbook, massage therapists make a median salary of $39,860 and acupuncturists, categorized under health diagnosing and treating practitioners, make $74,530.

Education Required:  Reiki schools or organizations have a beginning, intermediate and Reiki master level. Beginning classes can take two days and cost about $200, while a Reiki master program can cost around $1,600 and take a year or more to complete.
